• Luxe Living Cleaning LLC does NOT guarantee the removal of stains such as, rust, mildew or others caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.
  • All areas are expected to be free of clutter.
  • Fireplaces must be unused for 72 hours prior to cleaning.
  • Clients are required to inform Luxe Living Cleaning LLC of items or surfaces needing special care.
  • We are NOT responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.
  • We are NOT responsible for any harm caused to animals or people due to our cleaning supplies, please review cleaning products options and advise if special accomodations are needed.
  • If special care while cleaning is required it is the Clients responsibility to inform Luxe Living Cleaning LLC.
  • All dogs, cats, or other pets must be secured prior to cleaning appointment.
  • All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
  • Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.
  • All Clients have 24 hours to contact Luxe Living Cleaning LLC with any issues or complaints, after 24 hours all clients accept that Luxe Living Cleaning LLC is not held accountable.
  • We do not offer refunds but do guarantee that we can come back and correct any errors or oversights with proper notice.
  • We cannot guarantee cleanings will be finished by a certain time, it depends on the scope of the work. Please advise your Luxe Cleaning Professional if there are time constraints.
  • Payment is due day of service, Luxe Living Cleaning LLC only accepts cash and card payment methods from residential clients, and a card is required on our booking form to hold the spot in question. Without a card on file, the spot is not considered reserved unless advised by management.

Notice

  • We only clean windows and blinds and other surfaces that can be reached with a 3 step ladder.
  • For safety, no other jobs should be done while we are cleaning.
  • The presence of other workers or excess of people in the house might cause the estimate to be inaccurate.
  • Having other work done in a house while our teams are working might affect the cost and time needed to complete the cleaning to your satisfaction.
  • No heavy furniture will be moved.
  • Prices are subject to change if surfaces are excessively dirty and cause cleaners to spend a excess amount of time on areas. Luxe Cleaning Professionals will not clean areas filled with clutter or areas covered in hazardous material which can include but not limited to human and animal waste.
  • If you request the inside of your refrigerator/stove to be cleaned, you are expected to clean it out before your appointment. Luxe Cleaning Professionals are unable to touch food in an effort to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
